Taunton: To & From London

The King’s Arms Pub/Elms Parade Car Park in Taunton is the fourth departure point of our Superfast 1 (SF1) service. This service stops at Tiverton, Wellington (Longforth Car Park) and Wellington (Crematorium Bus Stop) before it reaches Taunton, then stops at North Petherton and Bridgwater, before going directly to London.

Located on Staplegrove Road, the car park can be found easily as it is directly in front of the King’s Arms pub. Unfortunately, parking is limited to a maximum of 2 hours at this car park.

For passengers wishing to leave their car securely before travelling on our London Superfast service, the Belvedere Road car park is located just 100m away.

Hankridge Farm Riverside Bus Stop is the first departure/arrival point of our Superfast 2 (SF2) service. After Taunton, this service stops at South Petherton, Ilminster, Ilchester, Yeovil, Yeovilton and Wincanton, before proceeding directly to London.

Located on Heron Way, the departure and arrival point is near the Hankridge Farm Retail Park and next to the Hankridge Farm Sainsbury’s store.

There are several short-stay car parks nearby, making them ideal for pick-ups and drop-offs. Victoria Gate is the nearest long-stay car park, which is located approximately 1 mile from the departure/arrival point.

Monkton Heathfield Bus Stop is the first departure/arrival point of our Superfast 3 (SF3) service. After Taunton, this service stops at Othery, Street, Glastonbury, Wells, Warminster, Shepton Mallet, Frome, Codford and Amesbury, before proceeding directly to London.

Located on Monkton Heathfield Road, the departure and arrival points are both near to the Merry Monk Bar & Carvery. The departure point is on the opposite side of the road to the pub, almost level with the outdoor play area, while the arrival point is on the same side of the road as the pub, just past the car park.

As the departure/arrival points are located in a residential area, there aren’t any short-stay or long-stay car parks nearby, though you may be able to park easily enough on a side street. Pick-ups and drop-offs will be straightforward.
